"They’re only suitable for startups and small businesses."

"Serviced offices are expensive"
Truth: A lot of people think that serviced offices are more expensive than conventional leased space because rental costs per month may appear higher, but this is for an all-inclusive package. The price you pay includes rent, furniture, service charges, water, electricity, parking, cleaning, business rates and reception services. This means you don’t have to worry about sorting out cleaning contracts or the often-fluctuating prices of utility bills. With conventional leased space, you also must pay a large deposit and upfront costs for office equipment and furniture.
