Telephone Answering
Our Telephone Answering Service provides a first-class professional service to you and your clients. We learn the details of your business and your clients so that when answering your calls, we sound like a member of your team. When a caller rings your unique number, our virtual receptionist will answer in your company name.
You can employ people to do this but the costs of employment, phone lines and equipment (and not forgetting premises for them) may not be cost-effective. This is especially true for start-up companies or for companies ready to grow and expand to new areas but who are needing to test the waters before making a full commitment to physical premises. How do I sign up or the service?

Before you can use the service please be aware you need to provide us with a proof of address and proof of ID, without these documents we will not be able to provide the service to you.
Can I use the Address?
If you sign up for our Telephone Answering Service, this does not include the use of our address. If you would like the use of our Business Address in addition to our Telephone Answering Service, you can upgrade to our Business Plus Service which is a combined package.

How can I use the Service?
While you deal with the important duties your business brings, our fully-trained virtual receptionist will deal with your calls from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
You will be given a unique telephone number that will be answered in your company name. Many of our clients prefer to have their calls transferred, while others like us to take messages for them and forward them on.
Examples of calls we handle include; order taking, organising engineer visits, reporting faults and simple message taking. We can forward any messages to you by E-Mail or Text Message, or simply by calling you.
Out-of-hours we have all calls diverted to our voicemail, which is checked daily. We then forward these messages on. Alternatively, this can be personalised and a voice file sent directly to you, as and when messages come through.
